A new update of Infodyne software (WLABEL, WSDATA and WLABELPRINT) is now available, it includes: The application of the Directive 2008/58/EC, 30th amendment of Directive 67/548/EC about the classification, packaging and labeling of dangerous substances. This directive of 21st August 2008 was published in the OJEU of 15th September 2008 (L246). This directive entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and is be transcribed by the Member States no later than 1st June 2009.

30th ATP of the directive 67/548/EC |
|
|
The directive 2008/58/EC of 21 August 2008 amending, for the purpose of its adaptation to technical progress, for the 30th time, Council Directive 67/548/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances, was published in the European Official Journal of 15 September 2008. This Directive shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 1 June 2009 at the latest. |

Soon available in 30 languages |

InfoDyne has included five new languages in its software programs: Bulgarian, Hebrew, Irish, Lithuanian and Maltese. These come in addition to the 25 languages currently available for our various software programs: Arabic, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovakian, Spanish and Turkish. The General Harmonised System (GHS) of classification: A new way to classify and label your chemical products…The major challenge of the next few years will be the implementation of the General Harmonised System (GHS), which will create a new system of classifying and labelling chemical products. In order to gradually familiarise you with these new regulations, InfoDyne is monitoring the development of the legislation for the European GHS project. We are already offering, in our WLabel software program, an overview of what the future labels of your products might look like.  |
