Multilateral agreement concluded in accordance with Section 1.5.1 of ADR Print

The multilateral agreement M206 concerning Special marking provisions for environmentally hazardous substances was published on website of the UNECE.

"1. By derogation from the provisions of section 5.2.1.8 of ADR, dangerous goods assigned to UN numbers 3077 and 3082 may be carried

without the EHS mark shown in paragraph 5.2.1.8.3.

2. All other provisions relatingto the carriage of UN 3077 and UN 3082 shall be applicable.

3.This agreement shall apply to carriage on the territories of the Contracting Parties to ADR which have signed this agreement up to 31st

December 2009, unless it is revoked before that date by at least one ofthe signatories, in which case it shall remain applicable only for

transport on the territories of the Contracting Parties to ADR which have signed but not revoked this agreement, up to that date."
