Texts for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods : ADR 2009, IATA 2009 and IMDG 2009 Print
  • ADR 2009: European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by road.

Due to the transitional measures provided for in 1.6.1.1 of Annex A, the previous version ("2007 ADR") may continue to be used until 30 June 2009.

43 acceding countries: Albania, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Ukraine and United Kingdom.

 

  • IATA 2009: 50th Edition, Regulation for Air Transport of Dangerous Goods.

  • IMDG 2009: The International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code relates to the safe carriage of dangerous goods by sea.
