WSData databases

                  • Labels: This database is shared with WLabel and WSData
                    Saving labels with:
The characteristics related to the calculation (Appendix II),
The pre-established physical and chemical properties, according to the various fields of use
Dated, numbered revisions of all labels under a single reference number

        • Safety Data Sheets: Saving all versions of an SDS with its functional connections,

        • Companies: The different companies that sell the product on the market with their company name, address, telephone number, fax and telex numbers, e-mail address, emergency phone number, and the appropriate emergency care company or organisation

        • Exposure Limit (EL): Name of substances and CAS numbers with their professional exposure limits for France, Germany, the USA, the European Community, and others,

        • Notesub: Toxicology notes entered by the user, related to the substance in question, and automatically transcribed into the SDS in a relevant manner

        • Clients: File relating clients with the SDSs that have been sent to them, with automatic relaunch when necessary,

        • Waste code according to the latest European directives in effect.

Multilingual communication with clients

  • An SDS is written and personalised in the user’s language,

  • It can be printed instantaneously in one of 25 available languages,

  • The SDS-client relationship helps manage clients from different countries and print the SDSs directly in the recipient’s language
A special function performs selective exporting from SDSs upon request, which keeps an SDS that is external to the InfoDyne Process up-to-date.
