REGULATORY UPDATES:

When you purchase an annual subscription for the InfoDyne update service, you will receive regulatory updates in a newsletter and on CD-ROM.

- This CD-ROM installs the updates automatically.

- The newsletter informs you of all regulatory changes published by the European Commission, with references to Directives and their effective dates.

For every file in the InfoDyne Process, you have high-performance selection and printing functions that allow you to perform very advanced queries of all files affected by the regulatory change. (See Chapter I – Printing in “WLabel,” of the User’s Manual).

InfoDyne makes a constant effort to facilitate the tasks of all users of the InfoDyne software packages.
Example: Labels are automatically calculated to reflect regulatory changes or a formula change, and a report is produced on the preparation differences between two dates selected by the user.

Whenever a user suggests improvements that would make their job easier, InfoDyne tries to incorporate them whenever possible, in order to meet everyone’s needs.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

If you ever have any questions or uncertainties, InfoDyne offers its users the expertise and advice of our software designers, which can be accessed with a simple telephone call.
If new functions are added to the software, you will receive the new pages of the User’s Manual, which you can exchange for the existing pages in your binder, accompanied by the necessary explanations.
In urgent situations, technical support is available by e-mail.
